Thank you for sharing your perspective, April. To clarify, I was hired by the property owner to professionally market and sell the home. My fiduciary duty was to the seller, and I conducted all activities in accordance with California sale and tenancy laws and the terms of your signed lease agreement—which allows for property access with proper 24-hour notice. During the first week of the listing, all showing requests were denied by you. At that point, I was instructed to direct all communication through the property manager, which I respected and followed. As for your pets, when you raised a concern about a scheduled showing time and your dogs' comfort, I immediately canceled that appointment out of respect for your request. Regarding the listing details, including the yard, the information provided reflected the representations made by the property manager. I was not involved in the rental process and did not represent the property at the time you became a tenant. Selling a home with tenants in place is never ideal for anyone involved, and I recognize that it can be an inconvenience. However, my conduct throughout was guided by legal compliance, clear communication, and professional standards. For the record, I don't think you followed Zillow's Good Neighbor Policy. We did not work together so I am not sure how you can analyze my market expertise, process expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills.
